Job description:

Under the guidance of the Store Management Team, the Sales Assistant meets or exceeds sales goals and customer service standards. This position is the ambassador of the Godiva brand, therefore physical image and communication style should reflect brand values. Execute with excellence the day-to-day operations of store: sales, merchandising, operations, and training are key tasks of this position. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Godiva chocolate to the customer, delivering a unique and personalized shopping experience.

Your profile:

You have preferably previous work experience as full time sales assistant or in the catering sector. You are talented for sales and focused on obtaining results. You have strong verbal communication skills. You are dynamic, motivated and a smiling person. You are fluent in English. Other languages will be a plus. You are always ready to embrace and learn from new challenges. You have excellent relationship building skills and you are definitely customer oriented. You are flexible (You will be required to work on weekends as well as on bank holidays). You are passionate about chocolate.
