Job summary:

The GTR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the GTR Operations Manager on all Operational and Commercial elements. The incumbent is responsible for cross-functional tasks related to day to day business In the following fields: - Invoicing - Demand Planning Support - Operations - Administration - Masterdata

Job description:

Administration Activities: • Support to GTR Operations Manager • Execute all administrative procedures eg. Bons de Réquisition / Bons de Don for promotional activities, Fedex, sending POS • Support on team events and meetings • General office management Operational Activities: • Invoicing processing/ Link with Finance/ Raising PO’s • Support to Sales teams on all elements, including Sales Director • Support on new business set up • Support to commercial team for Demand Planning • Masterdata and product registration • MEC management

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Masters degree • Minimum 2 year experience in a coordination role in a commercial environment (Sales/Marketing/Operations experience) • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch any other languages are considered an advantage • Knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of Excel/ppt • Eye for detail • Customer focussed and results oriented • Ability to build relationships and sensitivity to multicultural environment • Problem solving skills, proactive • Flexible, dynamic • Team player
