Job summary:

Support the Quality Assurance team in their day to day job and focus on: Manage consumer and customer minor complaints: registration, dispatch and assure follow-up of investigation and assure communication related to complaints. Coordinate Quality related non-conformities (internal and external) Support Retail business EMEA to assure (global) quality requirements regarding product handling, transportation and storage in retail and follow-up of GMP and Product audit program.

Job description:

1. Foundational responsibilities · Complaint Management - Consumers communication : dispatch and reply to common questions and communication with consumer for minor issue - Support to claim management : consumer claim recording in Vivaldi system, investigation dispatch for consumer and customer claim, replacement management - Support for non-conformities management : creation, investigation dispatch and follow-up - Support for inspection and release of returned goods from customers · Quality in Retail - Support to assure global requirement related to distribution, transportation, product handling are communicated to the key stakeholder and implemented - Product audits and Hygiene audits program : coordination with Sales, stores and auditors firm, audits planning and reporting follow-up, analysis and summary of reports, support for actions follow-up 2. Customers relationship - Internal: Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, Regulatory, Marketing, Global Quality Team - External: Co-packers and service supplier 3. Project Management: Capability to coordinate work on several projects in parallel 4. Required sense of initiative and autonomy

Your profile:

Fluent in French and English, including excellent written skills (being able to correct common spelling / grammar mistakes) Knowledge in any other language Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) advanced knowledges Knowledge of Quality Management Systems/Standards (ISO9001:2000, BRC, IFS, FSCC 22000, …) Knowledge on food safety Analytical thinking Methodical and meticulous Organizational skills Ability to work independently and initiate action to deliver required results Strong written and oral communication skills
