Job summary:

The Retail and E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Retail supervisor, the Franchise & Project supervisor, senior sales manager and field manager Spain and Portugal on Own Shops, Franchises and E-commerce, with the ultimate aim to increase sales figures and customer centricity. The incumbent is responsible for cross-functional tasks related to day to day business In the following fields: - Administration - Reporting - Operations - Communication - Marketing

Job description:

Administration Activities: Check and timely follow up of seasonal orders Execute all administrative procedures eg. Bons de RĂ©quisition / Bons de Don for promotional activities, advertising and all charges from Sales to Local A&P Create vendors and validate invoices. Operational Activities: Organise Sales and Marketing day attendance and flow Working alongside IT to Introduce new till prices or suggest system improvements Lead the weekly and Monthly Retail & franchise Meetings and conduct follow-up on actions agreed Stores Audits ( i-auditor) Communication Activities: Day to day communication with Stakeholders (Franchises/Stores/e-commerce) to share price lists, product changes, new regulations, organise meetings, share hierarchy decision making Lead the Organisation of Sales and marketing days (3 times a year own shops, 2 times Franchises) Creation and sharing of weekly Newsletter (Franchises/ Stores/e-commerce) Marketing Led activities: Creation of Quarterly Retail Marketing Calendar and input for new activities Analysis and redemption of promotional /marketing activities and events Organisation and implementation of Retail Marketing Events Content Co-creation (with Marketing department) for Social Media Platform(s)

Your profile:

Analysis and redemption of promotional /marketing activities and events Organisation and implementation of Retail Marketing Events Content Co-creation (with Marketing department) for Social Media Platform(s) Bachelor or Masters degree Minimum 2 year experience in a coordination role in a commercial environment (Sales/Marketing/Operations experience) Fluent in English, French and Dutch any other languages are considered an advantage Knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of Excel/ppt Eye for detail Customer focussed and results oriented Ability to build relationships with sensitivity to multicultural environment Ability to multitask within given deadlines Commited Problem solving skills, proactive Flexible, dynamic
