Internship Marketing Product Assistant





Job summary:

In this role, you will be part of the Global Travel Retail and EMEA Product Marketing team. You will report directly to the Product Manager in charge of the F&B, Emerging & Seasonal Gifting categories and will especially assist her in the development of the Seasonal Collections (Christmas, Chines New Year, Easter, Valentine’s Day) and other tactical opportunities.

Job description:

-Translate the Global Marketing seasonal offer and strategy into local strategy for Global Travel Retail & Continental Europe based on consumer trends and market data analysis as well as previous sales performance. -Coordinate the product development process of key seasonals collections in collaboration with international and local cross functional departments (purchasing, packaging development, quality, etc.), external service providers (creative and mock-up agencies, photographer) and market subsidiaries both from a technical & creative side (design development, packaging development, etc). -Contribute to the analysis of the performance of the seasonal range, changes in the markets, competition, trends. -Participate in the development of new tactical opportunities (customers exclusives, giftbox personalization for specific seasonal or region, etc.) both from a creative & technical perspective (design development, packaging development, etc). -Contribute to the development of sales assets and activation tools: collection presentation, pricing, training material for sales ambassadors in GTR and retail stores, photographs, product samples etc. -Market and trends analysis: you will be in charge our benchmarking our competitors as well as gathering ideas or trends from various industries in order to bring some new inspiration to the team. -Overall, support the Marketing Product team in the daily tasks in delivering collections in a timely manner.

Your profile:

∙Experience: Previous marketing experience would be an advantage. ∙Education: Ideally a degree in marketing, communication, advertising or a creative subject ∙Languages: Fluency in English. French would also be an advantage ∙Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, Good with numbers and databases, Flexible and well organised, Dynamic, stress resistant and team spirit ∙A real passion for food trends, an international mindset, an interest for the brand. ∙You need to be able to have an internship agreement with your university and be able to work in a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
