Job summary:

Within Supply Chain EMEA, the Planning Department is responsible for synchronizing and optimizing flows of goods with suppliers, co-makes, production, warehouses, customers and inter-companies. To do so, this department is structured around 3 groups: - Demand Planning Group for the consolidation of accurate demand, - Supply Planning Group for short and middle term supply plans of WIP and FG’s, - Material Planning Group for supply of raw material and co-maker items.

Job description:

Coordinates material supply information and actions within the team and other departments Coordinates directly with the change manager the seasonal / limited editions / phase in- phase out products / collections Participates and contributes to the weekly & monthly Meeting Review with Planning/ Procurement/ Production and QA Follows up the change requests and delisting ingredient & packaging process Define & review stock parameters Back up for material supply team members Maintain KPI’s : inventory levels, stock outs, supplier service levels, excess & obsolete stocks, write off of ingredients and packaging Ensure daily contacts with the suppliers Manage all forecasting requirements with key suppliers in order to have safety stock at supplier Manage purchase orders – decides on quantities, creation, follow up and control Control and validate DDF’s Manage MRP parameters in BPCS (lead times, MOQ, safety stocks, forecasts, lot size and other relevant MRP parameters) Identify opportunities to reduce E&O stocks for ingredients and packaging Analyse monthly stock adjustments & implement improvement actions Seasonal/special projects – place orders and expedite suppliers for project based ingredients and packaging

Your profile:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position Profound knowledge of MRP, setting inventory levels, purchasing Strong Analytical skills Strong communication skills Result driven and assertive Well Organized, reliable, proactive, flexible, stress resistant Capable to take initiatives and decisions Team player Ability to work in a cross functional environment Languages : English, French and/or Dutch Strong knowledge of MS office (mainly Excel) and Access
