Support the Quality Assurance team in their day to day job and focus on: • Integration of Quality documents from SharePoint into the Quality Management system Vivaldi • Raw Materials and Packaging Qualification: suppliers’ specification and QA documents update, review and approval

Job description:

The intern will report to the Quality Assurance Manager, with a dotted line to the Supply Base Engineer and Quality Systems Engineer. Integration of Quality documents from SharePoint into the Quality Management system Vivaldi: • Support integration of SharePoint documents in the Quality Management system Vivaldi: o Identify the gaps by creation of an inventory of existing Quality documents on Sharepoint: evaluate their status  to update, to archive, to upload in Vivaldi o Realization and completion of action plan (with timeline) to assure the uploading of required documents in Vivaldi. o Assure harmonization of the templates, lay-outs in the Vivaldi System • Support the roll-out to production Update Supply Base Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Database • Review the compliance status of existing raw materials (RM) and (food contact) packaging materials in our database according to the Godiva Supply Base standards: o Assess the number of RM/Packaging specifications to revise o Contact suppliers to obtain up to date QA documents (pre-assessment forms, certifications, specifications, HACCP flow charts, statements, ….) o Assess compliancy against Godiva standards o Update of database (PLM) Other quality activities if possible during timeframe of internship. • Support Supplier Audit program • Non-conformities management for raw materials and packaging suppliers, service suppliers

Your profile:

Master’s or engineering degree Background in food science and technology Fluent in French and English Knowledge on food safety Knowledge on microbiology in food industry Knowledge on EU food legislation
