Job summary:

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Retail Sales Manager on Own Shops, Franchises and E-commerce, with the ultimate aim to increase sales figures and customer centricity. The incumbent is responsible for cross-functional tasks related to day to day business in the following fields: - Marketing - Communication - Operations - Administration

Job description:

Marketing Led activities: - Creation of Quarterly Retail Marketing Calendar and input for new activities such as Stephex, Nocturenes de Sablon, Flowercarpet among others with approval of Retail Manager and Marketing Director. - Analysis and redemption of promotional /marketing activities and events - Organisation and implementation of Retail Marketing Events - Content Co-creation (with Retail Marketing Manager) for Social Media Platform(s) Communication Activities: - Day to day communication with Stakeholders (Franchises/Stores) to share price lists, new regulations, organise meetings, share hierarchy decision making - Lead the Organisation of Retail Meetings (3 times a year own shops, 2 times Franchises) - Creation and sharing of weekly Newsletter (Franchises/ Stores) Administration Activities: - Check and timely follow up of seasonal orders (Franchises/ Stores) - Execute all administrative procedures eg Bons de Réquisition / Bons de Don for promotional activities, advertising and all charges from Sales to Local A&P Operational Activities: - Co-Organise Marketing day attendance and flow - Working alongside IT to Introduce new till prices or suggest system improvements - Lead the weekly cross-functional Retail Meeting and conduct follow-up on actions agreed - Check and timely follow up of seasonal orders (Franchises/ Stores) - Regular Stores Audits ( i-auditor)

Your profile:

• Bachelor or Masters degree • Minimum 2-year experience in a coordination role in a commercial environment (Sales/Marketing/Operations experience) • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch any other languages are considered an advantage • Knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of excel/ppt • Eye for detail • Customer focussed and results oriented • Ability to build relationships and sensitivity to multicultural environment • Problem solving skills, proactive, flexible, dynamic, team player
