Job summary:

Within Supply Chain EMEA, the Planning Department is responsible for synchronizing and optimizing flows of goods between suppliers, co-manufacturing, production, warehouses, customers and inter-companies. The planning department is structured in 3 groups: - Demand Planning: for forecasting, the consolidation of demand, demand control and the communications with interco customers - Supply Planning: for short (scheduling) and mid-term production planning of WIP and FG’s, - Material Planning: for supply of raw and packaging materials The Supply/Production Planner is responsible for - Production Planning mid and short-term production (scheduling) - Communication with production, demand planning and customer service - Business analysis - Continuous improvement on planning processes & systems

Job description:

KPI Planning adherence (production, co-packers), Inventory level (coverage, volume, value), Service level (OTIF), E&O risk, Planned production planning changes (changes between frozen and actual planning), NPI on time production vs NPD planning Planning • The Supply Planner is responsible for the planning operations and its YOY improvement: • Define and agree the daily, weekly and monthly production schedule with all stakeholders for assigned work centers, ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, inventory and minimal setups and change-overs while ensuring the targeted service level and taking into account organizational constraints. Includes the execution of priorities. • Synchronize the internal production schedule with the co-packing schedule and raw/packaging material availability. • Ensure correct parametrization and integrity of the ERP & planning tools (Infor AP) • Manage the production plans for New Product Introductions (trials, capacity, ETD validation & communication) • Ensure excellent bottom-up and horizontal communication of all relevant information. • Analyze + report KPI’s to define root cause and implement corrective & preventive actions • Backfill colleagues within planning. Systems Prepare and participate (potentially lead) the advanced planning systems upgrade

Your profile:

Passionate planner Bachelor/Master’s degree 3-5 years of experience in supply planning most specifically in production planning. Experience with ERP, Planning systems, (capacity and detailed scheduling) and Excel, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, six sigma, kaizen, …) French and English Assets: - Dutch - Experience in material and demand planning - Knowledgeable in S&OP processes - Environment with vast number of NPD’s and high seasonality - APICS Certified (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent - Food sectorGood planning and prioritisation skills, Change agent and strategy thinker, sense of urgency, hands on, team spirit, problem solving
