Job summary:

Within Supply Chain EMEA, the Planning Department is responsible for synchronizing and optimizing flows of goods with suppliers, co-makes, production, warehouses, customers and inter-companies. To do so, this department is structured around 3 groups: - Demand Planning Group for the consolidation of accurate demand, - Supply Planning Group for short and middle term supply plans of WIP and FG’s, - Material Planning Group for supply of raw material and co-maker items. In the Demand Planning Group, the Demand Planner is responsible for - Demand Planning - Business analysis - Continuous improvement on processes & systems

Job description:

KPI Management: Forecast Accuracy and Bias, NPD on time forecasts/orders, Service level (OTIF), E&O Planning - Responsible for the accurate maintenance of history-based statistical forecast. Lead monthly forecast meeting with Sales Managers to build an accurate final forecast. - Liaise with Marketing and Innovation to understand product sales trends & future events that will influence inventory requirements. - Responsible for the maintenance of direct forecasts issued by Interco customers and for the information flow between the regions regarding forecasting and inventory needs. - In charge of monthly forecast accuracy tracking & analysis to support continuous improvement. - Managing New Product Introduction. Liaising with all internal stakeholders to support on time launches. - Support the monthly S&OP cycle either by actively participating or providing required input. - Assuring excellent bottom-up and horizontal communication of all relevant information within supply chain team and relevant stakeholders - Analyze + reporting on KPI’s to define root cause and implement corrective & preventive actions - Responsible for accuracy of forecasting tool Master Data and expert user of the forecasting. - Collaborating with planning, logistics and customer service to: Assure right product available at the right time & Reduce E&O. - Act as liaison between the global Godiva regions and EMEA to assure: Order fulfilments, Inform stock outs & Preventive measures to avoid stock outs - Propose ideas to optimize E2E supply chain flow - Backfilling the demand planning colleague

Your profile:

Bachelor or Master’s degree, passionate in planning and supply chain  Looking for either a very high potential whom can absorb fast or passionate planner with first experience with potential to grow both in technical domain as people management.  0-5 years of experience in planning. First Experience in material and/or production planning + S&OP processes  Good knowledge in office tools and most specifically in Excel (Access, PowerPoint, Projects)  English, French and Dutch  Knowledge in ERP systems & planning solutions (demand & supply planning)  Continuous improvement tools (ex: lean six sigma, kaizen, ...)  Environment with vast number of NPD’s and high seasonality  APICS Certified (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent
