Intern Procurement Buyer - Packaging





Job summary:

Godiva looks for an intern to support the Procurement team EMEA in its activities for 6 months minimum.

Job description:

Packaging role - Accompany our Marketing and Innovation teams in new products development, notably seasonal collections. Secure the procurement for every sub-category and develop double sourcing for the key sub-categories. Ensure the best ratio between quality, cost and lead time according to the specifications given by stakeholders. Launch requests for quotation and requests for information in order to create new opportunities. Analyze requests and provide sourcing recommendation. Rationalize the suppliers’ portfolio. Multiple interactions with Packaging Engineering, Marketing, Innovation; Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory. P2P (Procure to Pay) role – Ensure the good application and visibility of the process, check and handle orders, database management, administrative tasks, liaise between suppliers’ accounting and warehouse. The intern will be evaluated on the two parts of the internship. It is mandatory to demonstrate satisfactory commitment on Procure-to-Pay activities to get the opportunity to work on packaging projects.
