Job summary:

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is in charge for all C&B related processes and policies. The C&B Manager manages two Payroll Experts. He/she coaches and leads his/her team to ensure the elaboration and roll out of effective and efficient C&B processes. This includes elaboration and roll out of C&B policies, C&B related budget setting, in-depth inspection of salary costs and payroll processes. The scope covers white collars, blue collars, expats and international payrolls. The C&B Manager leads/participates in several projects related to C&B, HR IS, HR Administration, HR Support, efficiency and effectiveness improvements payroll, and employee interaction. He/she works very closely with the Business Partners.

Job description:

Compensation & Benefits - Elaborates, implements and maintains all C&B related policies and procedures - Expert in employee benefits & with insurance companies - Expert in Fleet Management and Mobility Payroll & Time Processing - Coordination and supervising of all payroll, salary review and bonus processes - Employee relations: responding and resolving payroll and pay related questions - Support for HR-management in payroll and C&B related requests HR Administration - Supervises the general HR administration i.e. processing documents for employees (newcomers, leavers, contract changes, parking cards, decorations du travail…) - Supervises the HR related purchasing process, training administration, recruitment administration, social elections, … Reporting & Budgeting - Supervises and handles the recurrent Headcount and HR cost reporting, including reporting to the Head Office, social partners and external parties: is involved in external and internal audits. - Prepares the Headcount and Salary budget Documentation - Owner of documenting Payroll, C&B and HR Admin related topics Project Management - Leads and/or supports projects concerning Payroll, HR admin, Efficiency & Effectiveness, etc. - Be part of ad hoc projects

Your profile:

- Expertise in C&B and/or payroll topics of minimum 7 years - Excellent Team leader, project leader and change agent; - Pro-active, hands-on, resilient, flexible, eager to learn - Strong communications and service oriented - Detailed oriented and analytical skills - Knowledge of Blox and Xtremis is a plus - Fluent French and English, good command of Dutch
