Maintenance Team Leader





Job summary:

The role of the Maintenance Team Leader will be to organise the maintenance technicians (2 to 5) daily during his shift. He will be also in charge of preventive and curative maintenance and his main objective will be to increase the machines efficiency and reliability.

Job description:

The Maintenance Team Leader will have to organise his team (task allocation, prioritisation, training, holidays …), to order necessary spare parts and organise Root Cause Analysis for malfunctioning.

Your profile:

• Bachelor in Electromecanica / Automation with good knowledges of Siemens PLC Diagnostic tools • First experience of 5 – 10 years in team management • Food factory experience is preferred • Extra training and experience in automation and instrumentation is a plus • French fluent & English is a must have
