Job summary:

Within Supply Chain EMEA, the Planning Department is responsible for synchronising and optimising flows of goods with suppliers, co-makes, production, warehouses, customers and inter-companies. To do so, this department is structured around 3 groups: - Demand Planning Group for the consolidation of accurate demand, - Supply Planning Group for short and middle term supply plans of WIP and FG’s, - Material Planning Group for supply of raw material and co-maker items. In the Supply Planning Group, the Supply Planner is responsible for - Planning mid and short term production - Business analysis Continuous improvement on processes & systems

Job description:

KPI o Planning adherence (production, co-packers), o Inventory level, o Service level (OTIF) o E&O risk o Inventory value and inventory turns o Planned production planning changes (changes between frozen and actual planning) o TMC (Total Manufacturing Cost) o NPI on time production Planning The Supply Planner is responsible for the planning operations and its YOY improvement: - Define the weekly and monthly production schedule for all work centers, ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, inventory and minimal set-ups and change-overs while ensuring the targeted service level and taking into account organizational constraints. Includes the execution of priorities. - Synchronizing the internal production schedule with the co-packing schedule and raw material availability. - Assures correct parametrization and integrity of the ERP & planning tools (Infor) - Managing New Product Introduction (trials, capacity, ETD validation & communication) - Assuring excellent bottom-up and horizontal communication of all relevant information. - Analyze + reporting on KPI’s to define root cause and implement corrective & preventive actions - Review and optimize E2E supply flow - Backfilling colleagues within planning.

Your profile:

- High potential passionate planner - Minimum Bachelor or Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in planning - Knowledge in ERP systems, Advanced planning solution (capacity and detailed scheduling) and in Excel, Access, Powerpoint and basics MS projects. - Knowledge of production and S&OP processes - Knowledge continuous improvement tools (ex Lean six sigma, kaizen, …) - English, French and Dutch - Environment with vast number of NPD’s and high seasonality - APICS Certified (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent - Food sector - Good planning and prioritisation skills, Change agent and strategy thinker, sense of urgency, hands on, team spirit, problem solving.
