Job summary:

The role of the Intern will be to support Godiva Global Travel Retail sales network including EMEA and Americas region in the following initiatives: • Investigate route to market solutions. • Update Operations manuals. • Distribute monthly reports to sales network stakeholders. • Support the Operations Manager • Special Projects o Develop operational tools to support GTR activities/S&OP process o Develop 1 project to improve internal process after case study analysis

Job description:

This role will be in contact with 25 retail stores and 10 Account Managers across several countries. He/She will have to follow up and analyse KPI’s for 25 Point of Sales on a monthly basis. The role must be able to perform the essential functions of the position: a. To be assigned cumulative retail/wholesale process improvement projects. b. To follow up purchase process until its completion. c. To develop communications and guidelines to the sales network d. To present analysis to senior sales management

Your profile:

• Be currently enrolled in an academic program or recently graduated • Sales or Supply Chain experience preferred • Advanced within MS Office programs, especially MS Excel • Team player and highly analytical • Self-motivated • Ability to work autonomously • English/French, Dutch is a plus
